Update to Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion. New Edition Dated 05/31/24.

August 19, 2024

Edition Date: 05/31/24. Starting Oct. 21, 2024, we will accept only the 05/31/24 edition. Until then, you can also use the 04/01/24 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. New Edition Dated 08/01/23.

August 01, 2024

Edition Date: 08/01/23. Employers should use the 08/01/23 edition of Form I-9. This edition will have an expiration date of either 07/31/2026 or 05/31/2027.

Starting Aug. 1, 2026, employers should use the Form I-9 version with the 05/31/2027 expiration date.
